When you hear that your kid might be being mean to another kid or even bullying them, it’s normal to panic and to want to come down hard on them. However, if you can take a second and ask them questions to learn the story, you can get a lot of information that might help you build a better plan to stop the behavior. In this part, I give an example to talk with your kid about what is going on, listen, and get a full picture. Next we can start to do something with what we have learned.
