Farmers markets take a great deal of advanced planning from menu planning, inventory checks and purchasing to literally writing out the timeline to ensure starters are fed on time to be able to mix up dough.🤪 It's all 100% worth it though!

Loaves are bulk fermenting overnight and then will get cold proofed starting Wednesday morning and finally get baked up Friday. Just in time to bring to markets Saturday morning.😍
