Another competition weekend in the books, and we are SO proud of these girls! From personal wins to team placements, they showed up, worked hard, and had a whole lot of fun along the way!

We love watching these girls grow in their skills, confidence, and love for gymnastics with every meet. The medals are exciting, but seeing their hard work pay off and watching them cheer each other on is even better! 🥹

From 🐸 to SQUAT ON! 👏
Sometimes the smallest corrections make the biggest difference!
This gymnast was working on her squat on bars, but her technique was looking a little more like a frog than a proper squat on. 😂
Coach took it back to the basics, practicing the correct body position on the floor first: chest UP, feet UNDER, and legs TOGETHER!
Once she nailed the technique on the ground, it was time to take it back to the bars. And THIS time… she got it! 🙌
That’s why we love breaking gymnastics skills down into drills. Building muscle memory, understanding proper technique, and making small adjustments can lead to BIG breakthroughs!
