This closing was bittersweet. Being the listing agent for my parents home came with a little extra emotion. First, I want to thank my siblings for giving me the opportunity to represent the family during this process. Next, I must thank the buyer Karen Finch Gannaway and her agent Jeremy Jones for their patience and understanding while giving us time to sort through a lifetime of furniture, collectibles and clothing and deciding where all these things were going. I appreciate the staff at Nowlin, Bachuss and Gray for a smooth closing, especially Doug Bachuss who is always top notch! All who pitched in, from having the estate sale to getting the house cleaned for final walkthrough, we could not have done it without you!
