Tomorrow morning: our Fall Roaster Pig Workshop starts at 9 AM at Dos Lobos Ranch. We’ll cover the process from start to finish in the barn, rain or shine. Bring a chair if you’d like, and plan to park along the road shoulder; the front field is an option if it’s dry.
