Depression & Melancholy Transit Alert!

SOME EXPLANATIONS:
If you're new to human design, my explanation below might be a little too technical 🙂 So, let me start with the practical bottom line:
You might feel extra depressive or melancholic right now because we have an INDIVIDUAL FORMAT CHANNEL transiting (more explanation below). Format channels transit is ALWAYS recipe for global depression. But this is also melancholic because it is INDIVIDUAL. So this is extra heavy energy. I mean just look at these lines both in the Gate 3 and, in the 60! there is a warning about depression in each of these (3 - because you're confused, 60, because you're overwhelmed by your own acceptance of Limitation or restraint.)
So, If you are feeling that pressure I invite you to read these lines (posted below) and consider how these transit imprints are informing your inner sense for melancholy and depression. I find that, just OBSERVING how my oppressive inner thoughts are reflected in these lines let me see clearly that these are not my own to make decisions based on, but rather, they are "developments" meaning, neutrino streams going through us all that we're supposed to experience and observe knowing full well this too shall pass - AND we can learn from the experience.
A little (even more) technical details:
Gate 3.6 in mars (fixed to the Pluto detriment) Alongside the gate 60 also (still) in line 6...
The channel 3/60 is the INDIVIDUAL FORMAT CHANNEL. It's one of the three format channels between the root and sacral alongside the logical collective format, 9/52 and the Abstract collective format of 53/42.
Format channels whether they appear in your chart or visit you through a Transit are always capable of triggering depression. It has to do with the mechanic of the root pushing adrenaline into the sacral. This creates a sense of urgency in the sacral motor that only knows how to operate at an even pace. The push and pull between adrenal pulses and stable sacral chugging along is what's fueling this kind of depression. For lack of better words, the sacral feels depressed because the pulse of adrenaline is not constant but rather comes and goes.
Now, with the content of these lines... We are all getting to observe and, if correct according to our strategy and authority, to MUTATE (this, after all, is the channel of mutation.
So if you've been feeling depressed because you feel you simply have to mutate your life, make a physical change, bulk at limitations, feel like a prisoner within a life made by your past choices depressed and confused and hopeless.... Know that Mars will leave this location soon enough and the pressure will lift.
Of course if you already have any of these gates in your natal chart this could be a little different for you! if you already have both, you might not be affected. Or, if you have the 3d gate you might be dealing with this transit for a much longer time because Pluto stays longer in each Transit gate.
