So, in a previous post, I teased the transformation of a walk-in closet...

My customer wanted to convert this space into a full master bathroom! There was actually a toilet and sink installed on the back wall where the new shower was built. It had not been used in years, so the toilet and sink were removed and where the toilet sat, JLS Innovative Solutions used the discharge plumbing for a shower drain!

My customer wanted to finish the rest of the bathroom after the shower, toilet, and flooring was installed.

Don't let a small leak turn into a big problem. This customer discovered a leak in his crawlspace after an unusually high usage of water softener salt. On top of that, the leak started to cause mold growth on the subfloor and floor joints. After I repaired the leak, the mold can be delta with using a disinfectant.

Another bathroom makeover completed! New shower, light fixtures, vent fan, and matching bathroom accessories! It is amazing how changing a few little things can have an impact on the room.
