The first thing to come off the pit. Pork belly burnt ends.. I changed up the sauce today. I used Old Pit. I remember my Dad using it when he bbq’d chicken. The taste of it takes me back when I was a lot younger 🙂

Chicken wings are what for dinner tonight. Cooked on a Weber grill with a piece of cherry🙂
