Reflecting on the incredible achievements of our Eagles past and present, it’s amazing to see where their journeys take them after graduation.

Alumna Shafali “Shay” Bhardwaj developed the skills at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University - Daytona Beach Campus to stand out in the aerospace industry. From managing research flights at Zero-G to joining NASA’s Gateway Program, she is now working to make microgravity research accessible to scientists and students worldwide — including a goal to bring a parabolic flight program to her alma mater.

The Arizona Legislature has recognized Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University’s Centennial with formal proclamations honoring a century of contributions to aviation and aerospace in Arizona, across the nation and around the world.

The proclamations recognize the university's founding in 1926 and its rise as a global leader in aviation and aerospace education, built on a strong commitment to innovation, research and workforce development. They also underscore its deep roots in Arizona, dating back to the Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University - Prescott Campus's opening in 1978.

Today, the Prescott Campus serves more than 3,200 students. It is home to the nation's only College of Business, Security and Intelligence, which plays a key role in Arizona's workforce pipeline and supports the state's leadership in aerospace, defense and national security.
