If you’ve seen the Nova team out and about, you may have noticed our mascot and Chief Entertainment Officer, Harper! She loves being included – especially if there are fries that she can share with us.

Last Tuesday was ‘Canoesday’ for Team Nova 🛶 We had a great time working together as a team to navigate a much different challenge than our usual marketing projects! Here are some of our favorite moments 📷

We’ll be stepping out of the office and into canoes tomorrow for a day of team building on the river. We will be back in the office on Wednesday, July 13th. Looking forward to a day of fun with the Nova team! 🛶

As a woman-owned business, Nova Creative knows that women get the job done. Today on International Women’s Day, we especially want to give a shout out to the women on our team who contribute to Nova in so many ways.

You may have seen our design around Dayton for City of Dayton Water Department’s water towers. For this project, we incorporated a swirling shape with the Water Department’s branding to really emphasize the ripple clean water has in the community. From the grassy green to the sky blues, the swirling of colors expands the brand throughout their marketing materials.

We love showcasing work we’ve done for our great clients. Here is an environmental graphic we designed for Community Tissue Services’ blood center in downtown Dayton. When creating for our clients, we put thought into aligning our work with their vision and mission.

Connecting people through the gift of life is the core of Community Tissue Services’ mission. We were able to create a beautiful graphic using an unbroken single line that symbolizes how many lives are touched by one donation. The concept gave us the opportunity to explore how every part of the donation process connects from one space to another.

More coffee please. Whether we’re building websites, writing copy, or meeting with clients, coffee is usually not far for members of the Nova team. Check out some of our favorite orders and places to get coffee in Dayton.

Rose: I love home brewed coffee the best but also get Chai Tea Lattes from Boston Stoker and ‘Medicine Balls’ from Starbucks.

Andrew: My favorite coffee order is the cold brew from Press Coffee Bar.

Betsy: My coffee order is a large dirty chai (hot) with almond milk and one shot of espresso from Ghostlight Coffee.

Lauren: Café au lait with flavored coffee and almond milk from Winans.

Josh: Cortado or latte from Press Coffee Bar and cold brew in the summer!
