World Chocolate Day is July 7, but we celebrate the entire month of July!!

Is it just me or are you also fascinated with marvellously intricate fruits? I’m not saying a classic apple doesn’t cut it, but the more unique the fruit is, the more impressed I become with Mother Nature. A showcase of her beautiful design! Truly 🌹🌹 And also the taste of cacao Fruit is so dynamic. For example, the sweet outer flesh is slippery in texture and has a slight sour after taste. Then that is massively contrasted with the bitterness of the cacao bean. It is just so interesting. When was the last time Fruit or food tasted interesting enough for you to want to analyse it? It’s a whole experience.
