The idea to launch Plugin2HELP.org started with a conversation between Lester Lark Jr. and his wife, Dee, Lisa Lark her husband - Vercie Lark at Lester's church on Broadway Street in West Dayton, Ohio. With the urging of my wife Lisa Lark in August of 2017 we decided to do something monumental, something that will recreate the once thriving communities in Dayton, Ohio that have been decimated by decades of inadequate community, public, and private investment resources.
