At our May All-Hands, we proudly recognized 𝕮𝖔𝖑𝖞𝖓 𝕶𝖎𝖓𝖌 with the “𝕷𝖔𝖓𝖌𝖇𝖔𝖙𝖙𝖔𝖒 𝕻𝖗𝖔𝖌𝖗𝖊𝖘𝖘 𝕬𝖜𝖆𝖗𝖉” – an honor reserved for an employee who has shown outstanding growth and improvement over time—someone who has gained confidence, developed new skills, and exceeded expectations.

Colyn continues to grow and is constantly demonstrating his ability to get the job done. That's even if he is given a task he hasn't done before. He asks the necessary questions, comes up with a game plan and delivers what is expected. He takes pride in his work and always wants to deliver high quality work. He isn't afraid to take on new tasks and tackle them head on. He has stepped up time and time again and shows no signs of slowing down.

What a beautiful evening filled with sunshine, laughter, and great company! We kicked off the season with plenty of fun, including:

🌮 An amazing food truck experience — thank you to Claybourne Grille for the fantastic food!
🏰 A bounce house for the kids — an inflatable racing obstacle course that brought out everyone's competitive side!
🎯 Games for all ages, including co****le, axe throwing, basketball, and more.
🎁 Summer-themed gift bags for the kids, packed with essentials to help them start the season off right.
🎉 A special celebration honoring 𝑱𝒐𝒉𝒏 𝑺𝒉𝒂𝒎𝒃𝒐'𝒔 𝟐𝟓 𝒚𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒔 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝑹𝒆𝒍𝒊𝒂𝒃𝒍𝒆 𝑬𝒍𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒓𝒊𝒄 — and yes, we successfully surprised him!

A huge thank you to our incredible event planning team and everyone who helped with setup and cleanup. Your hard work made this event such a success.

In May, the entire Reliable Electric team gathered for our 2026 Spring All-Hands Meeting! The day consisted of celebrating our recent successes, recognizing employees, and talking about the future of Reliable!

Exciting updates were shared about upcoming projects, strategic goals and employee benefits. We also reinforced our commitment to safety, as it is a top priority at Reliable Electric.

John has had quite a year, which has been marked with significant professional growth. He is highly skilled in his craft and has helped enabled the company's ability to land big jobs. He has become the hidden force behind many of the projects we win. He owns his mistakes with humility and turns them into lessons (which, honestly, is a skill we all need to develop). He has steadily grown into a confident, capable leader on the team. What once was potential has blossomed into real impact. Quietly and consistently, he keeps raising the bar.

At our May All-Hands, we proudly recognized 𝕭𝖗𝖎𝖆𝖓 𝕸𝖔𝖔𝖗𝖊 with “𝕿𝖍𝖊 𝖂𝖎𝖓𝖌𝖆𝖗𝖉𝖎𝖚𝖒 𝕷𝖊𝖛𝖎𝖔𝖘𝖆 𝕬𝖜𝖆𝖗𝖉” – an honor reserved for an employee who works efficiently, stays calm under pressure, and lifts the workload off others.

Brian is the type of person who excels when more is asked of him. When given responsibility, he not only ensured he was at work on time, but even started showing up early. As a second-year apprentice, he is already punching way above his weight class. He's someone who takes pride in his work and is meeting and often exceeding the very high standards his foreman has for his team. He is raising the bar for himself and those around him, and consistently goes above and beyond while keeping his cool. He's dedicated to being a great electrician and is just an all-around great person.
