Ohio Reef Club is proud to bring back our annual Frag Swap located in Dayton, OH. Join us as fish, coral & dry good vendors come together for this one-day event! Get your coolers ready (for the frags) cash is king, but there will be an ATM available just down the hall!

Booth options:
-Vendor Booth ? 10 x 10 booth- $100 Comes with (1) 8 ft table and 2 chairs. However you are more than welcome to bring your own and setup however you would like, with approval from host. Vendors are also required to donate to the raffle (a $50 gift card or specific frag valued at $50).
-Hobbyist table ? $50 includes 4ft table and 2 chairs. We will also have a narrow table behind each booth to hold your supplies needed for selling.

Setup can begin at 5:00pm ? 10:00pm Friday September 16th and 7:00am Saturday morning the 16th. For information on participating as a vendor please email [email protected]

Tables supplied are normal 8ft folding tables? that will not support a large amount of weight. Please limit the size (weight) of the tanks to 20 gallons or less of water volume (tank size can be larger, but must only contain 20 gallons of water or less). All unsafe set-ups will be asked to be taken down as we want to try and avoid any accidents. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us via E-mail at [email protected]

All vendor and hobbyists with tanks are required to bring their own GFCI. You will not be allowed to setup at the swap without one connected to your outlet. There will not be any exceptions
