What’s up Homies? Another closed post because you knowwwwww how we do! 🤘🏻 I listed this house at the beginning of June and man did it not disappoint! It only took 5 days on the market to get under contract. In those 5 days we had a total of 11 showings & 3 offers that came in! ⚡️ On top of that we sold it for $10,000 over our asking price! 🏡I’m so thankful for the Homies and their trust in me to get this bad boy sold & closed for them. 🫶

I listed this ranch in Washington Township towards the end of May. The Homies wanted to sell with plans to move a bit closer to family. When we listed, we were flooded with showings right outta the gate. But you know what? Every single buyer/agent swore I was overpriced. Hell, maybe even grossly overpriced. ☠️ At the open house I saw a lot of eyes rolling & heads shaking. It had me thinking, “could my evaluation be way out of left field?” 😬
But we got one single offer. Right at asking. So we took it! When the appraisal came, I sent the appraiser all of my comps & notes (as I do on every single listing of mine).
Do you wanna take a guess at what happened next? … Every single buyer/agent was proven wrong. 🤘🏻 Appraisal came back right at the purchase price! We sold this property yesterday & you know I had to pop champagne with the Homies. 🍾 Can I get a hell yeah? 😘🏡
