I have vast experience with land development projects. I have overseen diverse multi-million dollar civil projects from initial due diligence, proposal negotiation, cost estimating, planning and design, permitting, and construction to final closeout. I specialize in commercial, residential, and industrial site development, utilities design and layout - water, drainage, sewage, permitting & field inspections, site design, gravity sewage & lift stations, shop drawing reviews, certifications, LEED Certification, and more.
