LKN Indoor Rowing

Learn to Scull Session with Lake Davidson Sculling during our next session on April 4, 2020.

On-land: We will coordinate a mutually convenient time to meet between March 29 and April 3, for an indoor session at the LKN Indoor Rowing. You will learn rowing’s basic body mechanics on an erg (indoor rowing machine) and learn to feather on our sculling simulator.

On-Water: On April 4, 2020, we will meet at 9:00 am at the LK
Davidson Nature Preserve entrance. Follow the trail to the rowing shell rack.) For two on-the-water sculling sessions with a break for brunch and videos. Session will conclude ~ 3 pm.
