Hello my beautiful clients and Happy New Year 🤍 Please read:

I have been sitting with how to write this for a while, because it matters to me that it comes from the heart.

Many of you already know that this past year changed me in ways I never could have imagined. As most of you are aware, I have been navigating a severe case of stage 4 endometriosis. I was diagnosed in March 2025, but have been silently battling since 2012. I want to be honest in a way I maybe was not fully able to before. Most women never make it as far as I did without answers and many don’t make it through without losing pieces of their lives, their work, or themselves. There were many moments this year where simply surviving took everything I had.

I want to acknowledge something openly: I know my communication fell quiet during this time and I am truly sorry for that. The emotional and physical weight of what I was carrying required me to step away fully so I could heal, grieve, and reimagine how to move forward. That space was necessary, but I know silence can still be hard and I honor that.

However, I am back now stronger, clearer, and deeply intentional.

With that said, my body is no longer able to sustain the same workload I once carried. The medication I am on is essential for my health, but it does limit my physical energy and endurance. Because of this, I have had to redesign my work in a way that protects my body while still allowing me to show up with presence, care, and integrity.

This means a few important things.

First, this is a loving goodbye to my name and brand AE Aesthetics as it has existed. That chapter carried so much beauty, trust, and connection and I will always hold it with gratitude. But it is time for a rebirth.

I am excited to announce that I am stepping into a new space in Mooresville and it will be called Portal & Prism – Skin & Soul Sanctuary, which reflects not only my work, but who I have become through this journey. **Coming soon**

Second, I will be working with a very limited number of clients directly moving forward. To do this sustainably, I am introducing a VIP Client experience, which will be application-based; not out of exclusivity, but out of necessity and alignment. This allows me to give my full energy to those I work with, without compromising my health again. I will begin accepting VIP clients again come February 1st, 2026 (unless otherwise stated). Those selected will get to see the behind the scenes of Portal & Prism as it comes to life 💗

Finally, please know this: I am actively working on bringing on another esthetician who mirrors my approach, care, and values, so that those who wish to continue their skin care journey with someone very similar to me will still be supported and held with the same level of intention.

This transition has been built with love, honesty, and responsibility; not just to myself, but to you as well. Thank you for the patience, grace, and trust you’ve shown me over the years. None of this was taken lightly. Thank you for allowing me the space to heal and return with intention 💜
