Do you ever look at your life or relationship with God and think, “I should be further along.”

Me too!

Some days I feel the progress, and some days I feel the work.

Those days you put in the hard work into your relationship with God, your family, your relationships, your job, your kids, and your dream seem endless and sometimes pointless.

God is honored by hard work, and He honors hard work.

You will never feel the joy of progress if you don’t put in the work.

Today, push through the hard work so you can enjoy the progress.

Mommas/ Grandmas/Aunties who are taking your babies to school or college and then driving away with a pit in your stomach, I see you, and I feel you!

Here's what we do to relieve that pit in our stomachs.

1. We pray with them before we leave them.
2. We pray for them every day after we leave them.

That's what we do! We are praying people!

We don't worry when we put them in the care of Jesus.

We pray bold, unapologetic, out loud prayers that put the enemy on notice.

Let's cover our kids in prayer so thick the enemy can't see them through it.

We are all watching the world become increasingly hostile towards Christians.

This fact has brought to light our roles as Christians, our faith, and our resolve to withstand when trials and testing come.

Some of us are resolute while others of us are scared and still others are hoping this will pass us by.

I believe we are an army, we have the numbers but we are a silenced army.

"Silenced by fear, pain, doubt, unforgiveness, shame, offense, pride, culture, and distraction.
Half of God's army is being attacked with these conquerable battles, but instead of fighting, we stand silenced, unaware that the battle being fought requires all of us to make a stand using our purpose, calling, actions, and voice to bring Jesus into our world."

My friend, we must share the good news of Jesus, we must encourage and inspire others to do the same.

It starts with you. The enemy is counting on us staying silent because he knows once we speak up, it gives courage to the rest of the army.

He knows that together we can change the world for Jesus.

Stand up and speak up for Jesus.

Following Christ has never been easy but these days the enemy seems to be doubling the struggle.
The ever increasing struggle has us longing for
"easier" times.
Don't waste too much time chasing easy.
Don't spend precious time with God praying for easy.
Don't waste energy searching for the path around the valley.
Don't accept the lie that we are owed the easy way out.
My friend, God never promised an easy road or life.
He did promise to turn your trial, hardship, hurt, pain, and struggle around for good.
Walking with God will make walking in this world far from easy but it will be worthwhile.
Easy isn't the answer. Jesus is!

JESUS WAS NOT A VICTIM OF THE CROSS.
HE WAS A VOLUNTEER!
HE WASN’T A VICTIM.
HE IS THE VICTOR!
