The Women, Infants and Children Program, or WIC, is a nutrition education and supplemental food program for children under the age of 5; pregnant women; post-partum women; families, parents, step-parents, guardians and fathers with children under age 5; and a breastfeeding mother with a child under the age of 1 may be eligible for the program. Cool down with this Banana Peanut Butter Smoothie recipe. It makes a tasty kid-friendly breakfast or snack!

𝗔𝗹𝗹 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗡𝗲𝗲𝗱:
• 1/2 cup plain nonfat/low-fat yogurt
• 1 banana
• 2 tablespoons peanut butter
• 3/4 tablespoon honey
• 1/4 cup ice
• 1/2 cup low-fat milk

𝗔𝗹𝗹 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗗𝗼:
• Wash prep area, your hands, and the banana.
• Peel the banana.
• Place banana, peanut butter, yogurt, milk, ice, and honey in a blender or food processor.
• Blend until smooth and serve immediately.
