I want to share a whole house remodel that we are currently working on. It is in the design phase and almost everything in this home will be touched. This part of the redesign started with a small main floor bath that will transition into a larger primary bathroom.
The house has spatial constraints to deal with so my job to help the customer to see what it could look like long before demolition begins. Space is reorganized and shown through the creation of floor plans, 3D CAD visuals and elevations. Additionally, AI helps to change our images into photo quality for a little added clarity.

This is why using a designer adds so much value to any project.
