Dog Named David reunited for a concert on Friday night, but it wasn’t our concert; we were in the audience watching Jason Isbell play a solo acoustic opener for Lyle Lovett and his large band. It was great getting to spend time with my buddy and old band mate Fr. John Wallace. We laughed and reminisced. A really fun night.

Recording is in full swing. Harrison McInnis's project is sounding awesome! We're about to start recording vocals on Emily Stuckey's new project. Lee Yankie is also working on a new project that sounds fantastic! Lots of pleasant sound waves floating around the place. What an honor to work with such talented musicians!

Lots of things happening in the studio. Finishing up a 2 song project for Andrew Van Etten today. Lee Yankie and I are getting really close on finishing his Hwy 98 Revisited project. Annel Robayna and I are close to finishing the first 5 of what will probably turn into a 10 song project in the fall. Everything is sounding great and I'm very fortunate to be able to work with such talented artists!
