I spend a lot of time researching coffee shops and small businesses because that’s how we learn, grow, adapt, and find new ways to improve.

One thing I’ve noticed is that many coffee shops batch certain ingredients to make drinks faster, such as:

* Matcha
* Cold foam
* Espresso (something I personally would never batch because I feel espresso becomes bitter as it sits)

For me, quality has always mattered more than speed. I’d rather whisk your matcha fresh, make your cold foam fresh, and prepare your drink the way I believe it tastes best.

So I have a genuine question for you:

Would you rather wait an extra minute or two for everything to be made fresh, or is speed more important to you?

There isn’t a right or wrong answer. I’m honestly curious because your feedback helps me make better decisions for Blue Brew. Thank you for always helping me grow! ❤️

Today wasn’t what I hoped for, but that’s okay. ❤️

I still got a lot accomplished! I cleaned the walls, chairs, and door handles to help keep everything fresh and clean for all of our kiddos and families.

Tomorrow, don’t forget—we’re trying our split hours again:

One Hour Left Get Coffee before work or maybe afternoon pick up ❤️

One of our customers came in today and ordered a S’mores Latte with peanut butter and banana… and, as usual, my brain immediately went into “What can I make next?” mode. 😂

So meet our newest creation:

🥜 Peanut Butter & Fluff Shaken Espresso
🍓 Topped with homemade strawberry cold foam.

Since our peanut butter, marshmallow, and strawberry syrups are all homemade, this drink is actually really balanced. The espresso is still the star—you just get little hints of peanut butter, marshmallow, and strawberry throughout.

Now, a disclaimer… 😂

☕ If you like your coffee super sweet, this probably isn’t your drink.
☕ If you don’t actually like the taste of coffee… definitely don’t order this one.

BUT…

A large Shaken Espresso has FOUR shots of espresso.

So if your house needs cleaned…
If your laundry has been staring at you for three days…
If you’ve been putting off cleaning the bathroom…
Or if you suddenly decide to reorganize your entire garage at 7 p.m…

…I can’t promise it’ll happen, but I also can’t promise it won’t. 🤷🏼‍♀️😂

Drink responsibly… because next thing you know, you’ll be alphabetizing your spice cabinet and wondering why you’re still awake at midnight. ❤️

I have never been a plant person until I moved into the store, but somehow I’ve become completely obsessed! 🌿😂

The amount of plants I’ve grown is getting a little wild, and I’ve been spending my free time transplanting and repotting them.

I was wondering if anyone has any old plant pots, planters, or extra potting soil lying around that they no longer need and would be willing to donate.

My goal is to keep growing and propagating plants, then place them around the store for FREE so people can take one home and enjoy a little bit of happiness. 💚
