Social awareness is something that many of us are constantly working on with our children but after witnessing the Middle School dance Im thinking that there is a certain luxury to going through parts of your life being somewhat socially unaware. Instead of worrying about what youre wearing you think you look great and have the confidence of feeling great. Instead of feeling awkward on the dance floor you think everyone wants to dance with you and youre a great dancer so what's not to love? It's only when I put on the perspective taking lens that "I" live with that my heart breaks a little...reality is his is full and happy just the way he his!
