What makes this recognition feel especially meaningful is that roast beef is something we only do one day a week — but behind that one day is a lot of work. Countless hours of testing, refining, adjusting, butchering, thoughtful sourcing, and paying attention to every detail until every component feels exactly the way we want it to.
The beef. The roll. The balance. The consistency. Every part matters.
This sandwich has become something we’ve poured ourselves into, and being recognized for it by a publication we’ve respected for years is something we’re incredibly proud of.
