Having also received advanced training at a globally recognized school that specializes in effective communication strategies, she is an engaging and persuasive individual who is skilled in the art of managing the deal and remaining tactful under pressure. A former Promotional Model and Brand Ambassador, Sarah has an affinity for working with people that naturally endears her to everyone she meets. With a talent for presenting large amounts of complex information in a likable, approachable manner, a love for design and houses, and an ability to communicate effectively with people of widely differing backgrounds and cultures, she has never regretted her decision to concentrate on residential sales. A native of Orange County with comprehensive market knowledge, Sarah fell in love with the South when earning her degree and has enjoyed bringing some old-fashioned charm and hospitality back home to her friends, clients and family.
