Today, the Next Generation Action Network will stand alongside the Erving family and their attorneys, Sean Daredia of Daredia Law Firm, PLLC, and Blerim Elmazi of Elmazi Law Firm, PLLC, to provide an important update in the ongoing investigation into the death of Daniel Erving.

Following the recent arrests announced by the Dallas Police Department, the family is demanding greater transparency, accountability, and answers regarding the circumstances surrounding Daniel's death. While recent arrests mark an important step forward, Daniel's family believes significant questions remain and continues to call for a complete investigation that follows the evidence wherever it leads.

The press conference will address recent developments, discuss concerns about inconsistencies identified during the investigation, and call upon the justice system to ensure every fact is thoroughly examined.

The Erving family has waited too long for answers. We invite the community, media, and supporters to stand with them as we continue demanding truth, transparency, accountability, and justice.
