In April 2011 a little restaurant named Company Cafe opened for business in a funky neighborhood in Dallas, Texas. Specializing in gluten-free comfort food, we strived to make breads and desserts that we're undeniably delicious. The positive response from our customers was so overwhelming and profound we were inspired to make our amazing products available to the world.
