James is an Instructor with his Agency, a certified semi-automatic pistol, patrol rifle, and shotgun Instructor through the OPOTA (Ohio Peace Officer Training Academy), a police requalification Instructor for the OPOTA, a certified Instructor with the USCCA, a certified Instructor and Range Safety Officer with the NRA, and an Instructor with the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in Glynco, Georgia. James is also certified by the Maryland State Police to teach handgun courses in Maryland. He has operated on fugitive, gang, and violent criminal task forces, arresting those who prey on the community. James is also a member of the Ohio Tactical Officers Association and the Texas Tactical Police Officers Association. He loves to serve and has served the people of the United States for over twenty-one years.
