I saw these super fresh brioche rolls at the Winco bakery section, and knew I wanted to make some burger sliders inspired by the ones at Chili’s 🤯

I also paired them with some sweet tea, and my macaroni is all thanks to as we all know her Mac and cheese recipe is the best🧑‍🍳

After eating this carb-heavy dish, I need a long nap!!! 💀😂

This meal was a 1000/10 and everybody loved it 🤤

Yesterday me and Jairo were craving McDonald’s Big Mac’s and chicken nuggets, but we don’t usually like to get food from there because we know how many inflammatory oils and chemical additives they use. 😳😱 so we decided to make McDonald’s ourselves🥸..

I made the Big Mac sauce using this recipe https://www.daringgourmet.com/big-mac-sauce/ and they really did taste just like a Big Mac but wayyy better and fresh!

The nuggets were made with ground chicken seasoned and with an egg to form the shapes, and then I made a breading with AP flour and potato starch because that combo always makes everything super crispy 😋.
It was a 10/10 meal!

I brought my mom a couple of weeks ago to Truluck’s in downtown Dallas and it was absolutely amazing 😌

I had some stuffed lobster tails, and she had a lobster linguini. The chocolate malt cake was to die for 🥰
