🚤 Electric-powered boats are beginning to appear in North Texas and LA-based marine technology company Arc recently gave demonstrations on Lewisville Lake.

🏗️ Texas is divided over data centers. Though the debate isn't new, city and county officials have reached a critical juncture where they're making decisions that either halt data center projects or clear the path for them to continue building.

⏱️ Last week, Somervell County asked lawmakers to pause new data center applications until further studies can be done, Hill County passed a yearslong moratorium on new projects, and Red Oak rezoned a 830-acre property to be used for its latest data center campus in city limits.

D-FW area officials split votes on future data center projects Within a few-day span, local governments voted different ways on whether to allow data centers to continue developing with one county government enacted a moratorium.
