Last night, I had the incredible privilege of attending the 9th annual 4word Gala event in Dallas, Texas. It was an evening filled with inspiration, fellowship, and the celebration of Christian beliefs. As someone who has been attending their monthly meetings for professional women in business for the past year and a half, it was an honor to be a part of such a well-organized and impactful event.

The 4word organization has created a nurturing and supportive community for women in business, where we can freely share our Christian beliefs and connect with other like-minded sisters in Christ. The monthly meetings have provided me with invaluable opportunities to fellowship, learn, and grow both personally and professionally. Through this organization, I have met remarkable women who have become friends.

When you read this quote, what those it mean to you? When you reflect on the last 72hrs, how did you spend it, with whom did you spend time with, what was the ambience, how did you feel?

As you think about your answers… I will tell you about my 72hrs.

I lost someone who was very near to me a few days weeks ago. I’m comforted because I know she is in the arms of our loving father in heaven.

I spent the past 72hrs congregating with family and friends gather around the living room of her beautiful home. We were looking over photos of the past celebrations throughout the decades of birthday parties, Christmas gatherings, weddings, anniversaries, etc. for hours we laughed, cried and shared all the milestones that involved these beautiful souls that’s no longer with us. We gathered around the living room surrounded by photos, along with food and beverages.
We departed with joy and gratitude for the privilege of sharing life moments with each other and our departed loved ones.

I’m grateful for the privilege to create events that will turn into memories that will last a lifetime. Like Mr. Wek says in his quote, “the memories are moments.”
