Try this leg workout to help tone, strengthen and improve your core:
• Squats with arms up by your ears 12 reps.
• Single leg Romanian deadlift with 8lb win both hands 10 reps
• Standing side crunches with hands behind head alternate side bend 12 reps
• Finish with glute bridge supine position raise hips off ground 10 reps
