•Responds to telephone inquiries from customers using standard scripts and procedures.
•Gathers information, researches concerns, and provides resolution
•Making outbound calls if necessary and do appointment scheduling.
Rate: $5/hour
Work Hours: Sunday-Saturday between 8am-8pm EST
SYSTEM AND HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS:
Agent must provide his own Computer with the following specifications:
•Processor: at least Corei3
•Memory: at least 4GB RAM
•Operating system: Windows 10
•USB Headset with extended mic and with noise cancellation
•Internet speed of at least 15mbps download and 4-5mbps upload
•Internet should be wire connected NOT via Wifi
•Quiet Working Environment
Interview will start 10am-4:30pm EST from Monday-Friday.
Must download Skype and be logged on and ready to be interviewed if you are interested.

NEW JOB OPENING
