Even in post-menopause, I was still dealing with things like low energy, restless nights, stress, and just not feeling quite like myself. I started wondering if it was just “aging,” or if there was more going on hormonally.

Lately I’ve been focusing more on healthy aging—and for me, that means not just accepting how I feel, but getting curious about what my body actually needs.

During my visit with , we went through my symptoms, health history, and daily habits in detail. We also reviewed my HRT—I’m on an estrogen patch, and that has been working well for me. It felt really good to look at everything through the lens of supporting long-term health.

What I appreciated most was how clear and connected everything felt. I left with a better understanding of my body and a plan that feels supportive and realistic.
