The Kingly Group has just closed escrow on the sale of Marketplace Square Apartments, a 152 unit apartment complex in Atlanta, GA. The property was originally purchased in April 2019 for $9,000,000. It underwent $2,800,000 in renovations which included a $2,000,000 grant from the FAA noise reduction program. This sale marks Kingly’s first disposition in our firm’s history and our 3rd transaction in the Atlanta market.
