Sundays are usually reserved for content sessions. When the schedule is clear, we dedicate the day to rest, and scrolling Pinterest or Google to prepare for upcoming appointments.

Sprucing some things up around here. 🧹 Our old logo needed text and this chunky, lowercase font is a nod to my random habit of typing in all lowercase letters. We'll do our best to keep it professional over here though.
