Pooling together musicians that are veterans of scenes past and iconic venues now long gone to new fresh faces who are passionate musicians, our aim is to celebrate those truly boss sounds and classic grooves, familiar and forgotten, of Studio One, Treasure Isle, Amalgamated, PAMA, Pyramid, J.J., Crab, and Trojan labels for your musical pleasure. As the great Laurel Aitken said, “Sit back, relax, have a Coke, crack a joke. Put on your dancing shoes” while Death In The Arena socks it to you.
