If weight loss feels confusing, it’s not because you’re doing something wrong — it’s because there’s too much noise.

The truth is, sustainable results come from simple, consistent habits backed by science.

At Poised, we don’t just give you workouts — we give you the tools to succeed. From nutrition guidance and recipes to daily movement goals outside the studio, everything is designed to support your progress beyond class time.

For those wanting more personalized support, we offer integrative nutrition coaching with our founder, Charity — helping you build a plan that fits your life.

We focus on building strength, improving movement, and creating routines you can actually stick to — because that’s what drives lasting change.

You don’t need to do everything perfectly.

You just need to keep showing up. 🖤

Over the past few days, I’ve shared how I approach nutrition coaching, what working with me looks like, and real stories from women I’ve supported.

If you’ve been reading along and thinking, this feels different — that’s intentional.

I work with women who already know a lot about health, but want help applying it in a way that fits their real life. This is not about dieting, extremes, or starting over. It’s about understanding your body, building sustainable habits, and having the right support along the way.

I’m opening 5 private one-on-one nutrition coaching spots for January.

Here’s how to learn more or take the next step:
• Visit apoisedperspective.com → Work With Me to read details and client stories
• If you have questions, feel free to send me a DM
• Or you can book a free 20-minute intro call to see if this is a good fit

I work best with women who are ready for personalized support, honest guidance, and a realistic approach to health that lasts beyond January.

Every holiday season, I see the same thing happen — with myself, with friends, and with my clients.

Life gets full.
Schedules get tight.
There’s more cooking, more gatherings, more emotions, more expectations…
and somehow less time to take a breath.

For years, I used to feel like my healthy habits had to be “all in” or “all out.”
If things got busy, I’d think,
“I’ll just start over in January.”

But once I became a mom, started my business, and really leaned into the science of how the body works… I realized something important:

You don’t need perfection. You just need grounding.
Little habits matter.
And when you understand your body — how blood sugar works, what calms your nervous system, how movement supports you — everything becomes easier.
So every year around this time, I share these same science-backed habits with my clients…
because I use them myself.

They’re realistic.
They work in real life.
And they make the holidays feel lighter, calmer, and more enjoyable — not restrictive or stressful.

The holidays don’t have to derail your health.
And they also don’t have to feel overwhelming.
Small, intentional choices add up in big ways.
Save this for when you need a reset 🤍
