now 23 years old, playing for 21 years, i was first hired as a session drummer at the age of 17, i've been a Professional drummer and percussionist for Churches, Bands, and studios across the Dallas Metroplex, now teaching kids & adults of all ages and skill levels going on 4 years, i know the drums and can work with anyone to help them start a growing talent behind the drumset! I Also specialize in Band Improvisation, meaning when someone is in need of drum material (exercises and tempos) for any group or band they might be pursuing i come in and create the drums for that song's structure! Doing this professionally with a certification, Drums are what i do and have always done, i understand them inside and out and can find so many unique ways to teach any class of drummer from beginner to advanced! I teach from age 4-99 from styles like Jazz, Rock, Classic Rock Metal, Pop, and Hip hop and I am able to travel up to 30 miles to your location for private in-home lessons! I am very patient and can figure out just what someone needs to work on to play like the drummer or band you have always listened to and said i wish i could play that or were just so interested in how catchy the beat was! Drums are fun, a great exercise and a huge accomplishment for anyone doing this and giving it their all!
