In the first few days, our current executive director received numerous calls in Spanish, Brazilian, Portuguese, and Vietnamese. Within weeks, the requests were pouring in for many other languages. During this time, Ana Paulino-Osborne quickly gained a strong reputation among her customers for providing personal attention, high-quality service, and excellent results. Since then, she has worked hard to continue offering that same industry-leading service with translators and interpreters whom share the same values and work ethic.
