Chelsea's career has followed the same path as Commit's mission, from public education to classroom teaching to systems-level change across Dallas County. A lifelong Dallas County resident, Coppell ISD graduate, SMU alumna, and former Dallas classroom teacher, Chelsea has spent more than a decade helping shape nearly every part of our organization through thoughtful leadership, collaboration, and an unwavering commitment to improving outcomes for students and families.

We're excited to see her lead this next chapter as we continue working to expand economic mobility across Dallas County and Texas.
