If you’re planning a summer ramp, here’s a simple approach that keeps things focused (and actually doable):

✅ Weeks 1-2: Tighten the Basics
Check Mobile Speed & Core Pages
Clean Up Navigation & Top Collections/Categories
Make Shipping/Returns Info Easy to Find

✅ Weeks 3-4: Refresh What’s Already Working

It’s Again! If your shipping info requires detective work… you’re losing sales.

Today’s fix is simple: make delivery and cutoffs impossible to miss.

Because shoppers don’t abandon carts because they “hate your brand.”

They abandon because they’re thinking: “Will this get here in time?”

Quick Fix Checklist:
Put a shipping cutoff banner at the top of PDPs (not just the footer)
Translate “fast shipping” into real language (ships in 24 hours, arrives by Tuesday)
Add a 1-line returns note next to shipping (this helps reduce hesitation)
Keep it consistent across the homepage, PDP, and cart (no mixed messages)
