The HLR Foundation is a relationship-based mentoring organization whose mission is to promote and improve the academic achievement and the social well-being of America's youth. Our highly engaging curriculum is experiential, team orientated and project based. Central to our mission is to develop youth into morally grounded, academically accomplished 21st century learners and leaders.
