July is National Grilling Month — and July 15 is National Hot Dog Day. 🌭 If your PTA, PTO, or booster club runs a concession stand at school events, you already know these are your two biggest holidays.
A grill, some hot dogs, a folding table, and a cash box. It sounds simple — and it is. But that equipment adds up, and most parent groups don't realize it's not covered by the school's insurance policy. If it belongs to your group, your group is responsible for it.
AIM's property coverage protects the equipment your group owns. If it gets damaged, stolen, or destroyed, you won't have to start from scratch.
A few things to keep in mind for grilling season:
— Keep an inventory of your equipment and its approximate value.
— Store equipment securely when not in use — and confirm that your storage location isn't leaving you exposed.
— Make sure the people running the stand are your volunteers, not school employees.
— Ensure you have adequate property coverage to protect your booster club's fundraising equipment.
Your concession stand raises money for kids. Make sure what makes it run is protected. https://aim-companies.com/protect-your-property/

Thinking about hosting a World Cup watch party as a fundraiser this July? It's a great idea — and with the final on July 19, there's still time. Watch parties can be big earners for PTAs, PTOs, and booster clubs. They can also bring big crowds, food and beverage service, and sometimes alcohol — all of which add up to real liability exposure.
Before you set up the TVs and start selling tickets, make sure your group is covered. AIM's event liability insurance protects parent groups for fundraisers and events on or off school property — so you can focus on the watch party, not the what-ifs.

The 2026 FIFA World Cup is here — and for millions of kids across the country, watching the world's best players take the field is all the inspiration they need to lace up their cleats.
Soccer booster clubs do incredible work supporting those kids — organizing travel, funding equipment, selling refreshments. But like any parent group, they also take on real responsibility. And real risk.
AIM's insurance is built specifically for booster clubs of all kinds — including soccer boosters. Whether you're hosting a gala or selling spirit wear, we've got coverage designed for the way your group actually operates.
The World Cup only comes around every four years. Your booster club deserves year-round protection. https://aim-companies.com/

It's National Bingo Day! And honestly, bingo might be the most slept-on fundraiser in your playbook.
A bingo night fundraiser is:
• Easy to organize
• Loved by all ages (grandparents LOVE this one)
• Highly profitable with the right setup
• A natural community-builder
Here's how to maximize your take:
• Charge per bingo card (sell multiple cards per person)
• Get prizes for the winners donated by local businesses
• Sell food and drinks
• Create custom bingo cards with school themes, teacher names, or student photos
Fun fact: The bingo industry in the U.S. generates over $90 million in annual revenue (Source: WorldMetrics) — people genuinely love to play. Tap into that energy for your school!
For fall planning: a bingo night works wonderfully as a November or February fundraiser when outdoor events aren't an option.
Whatever events you plan, AIM Insurance has your organization covered. https://aim-companies.com/event-insurance/
