Jim began his career in the restaurant industry in 1976 as a 14 year old bus boy with the El Chico corporation and is now a 35 year veteran, having been continuously employed in the food service industry ever since. He has served in numerous management positions for Lincoln Property Restaurant group in three states.Jim is a native of Dallas and resides in Allen, Texas with his wife Juli and his son, Reed. Jim is an avid cyclist and a collector of motorbikes; he also enjoys fitness training, sports and travel.
