What up family!

Fall is officially upon us. Working to finish the year out strong and establish a solid base for the beginning of next year.

I'm excited to have the opportunity to define what niche I enjoy working in. I've started working with a bunch of investors and finding creative ways to deliver value in that space.

I've also had the opportunity to work with a few growing families, and riding that emotional rollercoaster with them. I'm thankful for it all. The ups and the downs, and the lessons that come with them both.

Just a friendly reminder, "YOU DON'T HAVE TO HAVE IT ALL FIGURED OUT!"

I think we often allow society and our own ideals, to rob us of learning and growth opportunities because we're pressured into feeling like everything has to happen right now.

The more that I listen to successful entrepreneurs and businessmen and women, i've found one common thread. They never let anyone rush their process.

Success in any capacity is special. Anything that's special takes time to attain, develop, and grow to the place where you can impact people.

I just wanted to post this morning and remind people to enjoy your process. As cliche as it is, the journey is just as rewarding as the accomplishment.

I want to continue to use this page to keep people up to date with what's going on in my business.

But also to be a positive and enthusiastic voice amongst the negative and pessimistic junk we read through on the daily.

As I was reading this morning, I was reminded that happiness is a choice and fulfillment is a choice too.

That small and somewhat obvious reminder can change how you choose to look at the challenges or obstacles you may be facing today.

D-FW Metroplex Market Watch: The market retreated in August, preowned home purchases down from 2017 and prices are growing at a slower rate. Reason? Short supply, according to Chief Economist with the Real Estate Center James Gaines. Demand is still there.
