Whatever it is, one thing that I remember from my old football coach in high school had a saying that has always stuck with me is : everyday you have an opportunity to take one step forward, as long as you put in the work each day you take a step forward! It’s the compound effect. If you strive everyday to take one step forward at the end of the year you will be proud to look back and see how many steps forward and how far you have came! The goal is always to get better everyday! Life is short make the most of it!
