I wanted to make you aware of a new bill being proposed in Texas to restrict placement agents from referring to unlicensed care homes. This would be detrimental to referral agents, unlicensed care home owners, and the elderly clients that we both serve.
SB 1383 - 89th Legislature Regular Session Relating to the regulation of referral agencies for senior living communities.
