The snapper ceviche has been making some noise around here. Gulf snapper on a half shell over crushed ice, dressed in black garlic ponzu with ancho aioli, avocado, pickled red jalapeños and chile crisp. Almost too handsome to disturb. A spoon is provided.

Billy Can Can will be closed on Tuesday, May 12, for a private event. Back on Wednesday, business as usual.
